There seems to be more crosses coming in from right footers on the right and left footers on the left during this world cup. (Maybe England aside).

Will we see the return of conventional wingers in the domestic game?

I've been praying for it for years. Skin the full back on the outside, whip the ball in from near the bye line, defenders nightmare. Add to that also the ability to cut in and you have a defender on the back foot to start with as he doesn't know in advance which way the winger is going. Simple really, tell that to Thomas Tuchel and quite a lot of other managers who appear never to have heard of it!
