I should be posting 'Wot, no pterodactyl ?' but I now know that they were, in fact, pterosaurs and some smartarse would point out that they are not a dinosaur. Nevertheless, the regularity with which they turn up on the whiteboards at RSPB hides is either impressive or depressing - depends upon how much of a throwback you are. [Post edited 3 Aug 17:26]
