Like many questionnaires it doesn't cover all areas. Getting tickets is usually fine.
Issues only arise if there is a query. (E.g. Website links down or broken)
The staff are wonderful. Only the highest praise for them. Efficient and "Suffolk friendly".
However any query on ticket day shows the phone queues are bad. Here's my thought.
On many "Ticket days" the ticket office opens at 10.0. The tickets also go on sale at 10 !!
So
1) Everyone has to phone at once hence the long phone queues.
2) All issues are handled whilst others are purchasing their tickets (Stress city!)
Opening at normal office hours (nine) may address some of this. | |

I tend to filter emails and a lot of these go into a general mailer folder.
The club need to make this look less like a phishing site, it has all the classic markings of one. No copyright markings, somewhat dubious URL, no contact email address etc. I’m all for gathering feedback but this looks like something farmed out to a third party with a bulk template. In these days of cyber awareness this is so easy to fake and then use for malicious intent. | | | |
