Changed car, replacement ex motability. Deleted old car from account but won’t let me add replacement as it is currently list as exempt from fees. Can take up to 40 days to up date their records. Meanwhile crossings are free. Must remember to check still listed as exempt before I cross.

They will cancel my account and refund outstanding balance if I don’t add a vehicle within 90 days.
