A government of national unity, with no involvement of any Brexit supporter, lead by Jeremy Corbin as interim prime minister. What could possibly go wroñg?
With one intention of holding a referendum, but ño indication of what the referendum choices could be.

|Today's by election...any predictions?|

Thought when Greens and Welsh Nate stood aside to give Lib Dems a chance that Tories would be beaten. With the Boris Bounce and no idea what Labour voters will do beginning to think Tories will hang on.

|Just how many conservative members get to vote?|
at 22:22 20 Jun 2019
A figure of 160,000 has been quoted but presumably that is an estimate. It has been clear for months there would be another election for a leader of the conservative party.
On Sky one of Hunt's backers said he had 2,500 members in his constituency party. Have a feeling party numbers have been growing since the turn of the year and could be a lot higher than the figure most journalists quote.
Wonder if remainers have been quietly joining up in which case Boris could be in for a shock.

Surprised however that nearly a third of Tory MP's not there and using proxy vote. Would you trust someone with your proxy vote?

What chances the remain vote all goes to Lib Dems?
The principle of Labour voters going over to LibDems seems established any chance of the Green vote going the same way? Will the Tory candidate finish 4th or 5th.
We live in strange times, none of these things seemed possible just a few months ago.
