Have a lot of respect for Hull, have a way of doing it. Don't get nine games into a season getting away with stuff. Have a style which causes teams problems, have done that every game. Direct, work hard. Signed a lot of players and will be a tough test for us. Expecting us to go there and show what we are. But in terms of an expectation of us showing how good we are on the ball, it's more about getting a result than that.

Really good relationship with Mark Ashton. Following the journey here, couple of chats with Kieran over the years. Full support from Mark, really good guy. We have a good friendship but we're also clear on what we're trying to do here. Know he's there if you need him. Difficult time last month with family news and he was excellent, same with ownership. Has re-energised the club over the last five years. To do that takes a lot of work and sacrifice. Always interested in anyone who is very successful in any field. Works serious hours to get the club to where it is now.
Demanding? Tough one to answer. He's clear in what needs to be done. I played for Sam Allardyce at West Ham, I didn't think it was mind-blowing but every time I stepped on the pitch, I was clear in what I needed to do. Mark has a softer side as well.
I can guarantee that there won't be any lack of work from Mark, from me, from everyone is to be as successful as possible. Lads are the same.
