Milne makes a big deal of how these are very attractive etc. But I can't see any explanation of how prices are cheaper than last season.
If (and it's a big "if") we are targetting under-23s with price reductions etc, that's a great thing. Portman Road should be the place that local 16-23yos want to go every Saturday with their mates, a couple of beers (if she/he's old enough) and an afternoon out. They're the future of the club and need to be lured away from Prem clubs.
But the club seem to have made such a ham-fisted effort of PRing ST prices, this has been largely buried.
Allowing a 1.5% price increase (the price of a couple of beers across the entire season) to dominate their entire comms strategy is utterly bonkers. And could so easily have been avoided. It's mind-numbingly frustrating...
