I know there was a thread on this a while ago, but another reminder for people to do it. Doesn't take long and can save a life.
This time i found out that my donations will always now go to neonatal babies. Came away feeling very good about that, does anyone know why this happens? A brief look online tells me that the rules for blood for babies is more strict (i assume neonatal even more so?), but couldn't see what these rules were.
Anyone care to enlighten me as to what this means? Genuinely intrigued
