Simon Grayson sacked by Blackpool 18:47 - Feb 12 with 1468 views | Doctor_Earman | Thoroughly deserved imo. Relieved of his duties after 1 win in 12 in all comps. We've already beaten that by having a 0 wins in 12 games run in all comps this season (unless you count a penalty shootout win against P'boro in the Leasing.com as a win). It's a race between us and Blackpool as the biggest underachievers this season. I had them in my top 6 at the start of the season. Just goes to show how some clubs with ambition will not tolerate failure, whilst ITFC actively reward it. Sad times.

He's probably been on the phone to him with a view to him replacing Lambert in late March/early April. [Post edited 12 Feb 2020 18:55]

Got promoted with Preston North End (Norwich City), left the club and failed at a few other clubs such as Sunderland and Bradford City (Aston Villa, Wolves, and Stoke City) before finally making his way over to rivals Blackpool (Ipswich Town) and failing there.
