Probably shouldn’t have as it came to nothing of note. But good to see the youngsters look to play the ball around.

Hopefully second half they’ll work out how to pressure Gillingham. Failing that a goal at either end should give the game a bit more purpose.

Highlights so far: Dobra’s energy in tight areas, Ndaba looking calm at left back and Baggott having as much possession as the entire Gillingham team.
