To save face Paul you can still play your 4-3-3 but with this team we will be unpredictable, will be a constant scoring threat and this systems allows more vertical passing from defense forward.
GK. Cornell
Defenders. Ward, Wilson, Wolfie and Chambers
Midfield. Dozzell, Mcgavin, Lankester
Forwards. Dobra (behind front two and in free role)
Hawkins and Jackson front two.
We need to hold up the ball and relieve defense. We also need more outlets and more support in the final third. Jackson will play off Hawkins. Dobra rotates off Hawkins.
This front 3 gives us a dribbler, A hold up player and pace.
