Fascinating hearing players speak so passionately about him, changing a number of top players not just as footballers but on a personal level too. It’s interesting listening to this, the juxtaposition of someone who ‘couldn’t kick a ball straight’ to our manager. You can hear what the club is missing.
For what it's worth, Liverpool's display at PR in '02 when they walloped us 6-0 was the only time I've ever felt like applauding an opposition. Astonishing display, great manager.
