NHS covid App 21:50 - Jan 1 with 817 views

Anyone been contact via the App and told to self isolate, and is it followed up by a phone call?

Wife received instructions to self isolate for 4 days*. Other members of the household can carry n as normal and only have to isolate if she develops symptoms and then for 10 days.

She is in a wheelchair and hasn't been anywhere I haven't been with her.Difficult to understand why the App has contacted her but not me as I also have the App.

* Guess it took them six days get around to it.

All this seems to suggest, to me, is that the App still isn't fir for purpose.

A friend got an alert today and she got asked to isolate for 1 day because the contact was 13 days ago.

World beating.

No advice to offer I’m afraid.
