Charlton v Sunderland.

It is no good making the play-offs, even getting to the final or even winning promotion if we are not prepared for the Championship. There is so much that needs sorting out here. If we were somehow to turn it around and make it up, we have a long way to be ready to stay in the Championship.

We need a manager able and willing to build a squad for the Championship, not one who will throw more players randomly at it in the hope he can find some that work.
