With all player registrations being governed by FIFA. If the worst happened and the 15 clubs build ESL, it sounds as though FIFA are not entertaining the idea. The next step would be them forming thier own governing body, and in this instance, could it legally be argued by current players that the clubs are in breach of contract? Im just thinking for example Tottenham could join the ESL but Kane and Son sign for Real on a free transfer.

I’d get FIFA to say that the ESL will not be able to buy players from outside that league and players who do not want to play in the ESL are able to leave on a free transfer
