If this week shows us anything, it's that football club owners would sell their own granny if there was money to be made. And I don't see why ours would be are any different tbh.

Time for some serious reforms, long overdue. Been banging on about the 50%+1 model for a while and it seems to at least be on the agenda.

Maybe the supporters groups here could wake up and start to campaign on it?

I agree, I don't share the spirit of optimism in Conn's piece about the sider game. It's a temporary set back to the inexorable greed of the biggest clubs.

Interesting that demos are ongoing even after the collapse of the proposals. Clear that the clubs stirred a bit of a hornet's nest.

So many lines have been crossed in recent years with TV audiences now prioritised over "legacy fans". It really is now or never imho.
