Cook approval rating 21:46 - Aug 17 with 112 views

Managers should come in and start at 0 they can then go up or down to 10 or -10

Weirdly we bring them in and elevate them instantly to 10 but if we were to do it properly Cook came in on 0, his efforts last season were poor and he went down to -2. The way this season has gone he is now down to -4. Once you reach -7 and below you are in sacking territory, -10 is shambert territory
