Yes I used secretshirt.co.uk it was really good, got a Real Mallorca shirt through the post about 3 days later. I’ll probably use them again later in the year for another treat. Didn’t see anything about teams you don’t like though.

Why would you buy a shirt for a club you do not support?
Why would you pay a premium for a shirt that you could find yourself online for cheaper?
