We are easily overrun, outplayed, out thought, out muscled.

There is NO LINK between defence and attack.

There is minimal support for the defence that sits behind it

There is absolutely NO CREATIVITY

THIS is the area the new man has to sort as a priority .

It was a shocking decision to play Nsiala and Burgess together - neither one can play a long pass, they are just lost with the ball at their feet. No wonder the defence was all over the place.

What do you expect when you play 442? 2 CM's are usually out numbered so it's pretty much impossible to play through midfield.
