Another techie question from her that knows best...what format do audio files have to be in to be able to transfer several hours worth of music onto a 90 minute blank cd and is converting them straightforward? (The said music is currently on windows media player)
"They break our legs and tell us to be grateful when they offer us crutches."
To get several hours of music you’ll need to compress the files to a very low quality MP3. 320 jobs will be too high so go for half of that size. WAV is CD quality so will be too big. Same with Flac.

Where do you currently have the music? Is it currently on several CD’s?
18 hours of music on 3 cd's was transferred to Windows media player and now wants putting on 60 minute cd's but not 18 of them. This is all miss Slave and her sister btw!

I use switch audio converter from NCH software.
Just remember, the more you compress the worse the sound quality will be.
