Good showing from Wes again. Put in one cross that was overhit, but also played a nice ball for a 1-2, defensively solid. And of course during Burns on-pitch time, Wales are winning 1-0 both times. He seems to be showing that he is a real contender for a World Cup place.

Wales have another game on Tuesday. They'll rotate a few, hopefully Wes gets more minutes. He's done himself no harm so far.

Having to wait 3-4 minutes for VAR to confirm the goal, then watch the players celebrate by running to the crowd was very bizarre.

Yeah, it certainly takes the edge off the celebration of what would have been a great moment. That Brennan Johnson looks good though innit.
