Stokes needs to watch how Bairstow bats, instead of adopting this hit or miss approach almost for every ball he faces. A terrific innings when we desperately needed it, let’s hope he gets a few more to help push our score much closer to India’s first innings total.

Yes, Stokes seems to have lost confidence with his batting compared to a couple of years ago. Batting more like an 8 rather than a 6.
