Orwell Quay car park 14:58 - Jul 29 with 660 views

I was in Ipswich yesterday and it was chaos around the bottom of Bishops Hill with the road closure. Having used the Orwell Quay (think that’s the name) car park in emergencies before, can you still access this car park coming down Landseer Road?
