Winge, winge, Winge. If we had a referee and linesperson who was half about it we would be clear points at the top. I don't believe any refs give us preferential treatment. Last season they got Morsy banned for four games. Now they want points when they are clearly second best. I don't know what it is with many managers. You get a few who say we are great, but there seems a lot of jealousy. Yes we have owners who have a lot of money and I dare say that what we have spent this season works out that more has gone out than has come in. But we have had payments running into millions via sell on clauses and we got £500,000 for Simpson. Last season was similar in that we sold many players and got large wage earners off the books. Also we are one of the best supported clubs in the Division and with merchandise sales going through the roof that also means financially we have much more coming in than teams with gates of 3,000. | | | |
