Keeps a connection to those out on loan

And it certainly sounds like our lads are getting benefit from the loans

Especially El Miz... who I really do think has a future in a our midfield.. a future Morsy perhaps?

Agreed. It’s another example of looking like a real club, these are people still under contract at ITFC. In that way they still have value and this is an indication to them and fans that we are taking interest from afar.
