Arsenal 19:06 - Dec 31 with 1713 views

I’ve not really been following their game this evening but have just seen that they’ve now gone 4-1 up at Brighton. Seems like a bit of a statement victory.

Do many people think they can do it this season? It’s nearly 19 years since the Invincibles won their last title.

A couple or so seasons ago I honestly thought that Arsenal would sink quite fast and be in danger if relegation. Their management team have done a magnificent job in turning them into being favourites to win the PL.

I just thought that they were in a continuous decline and going no where very fast…apart from maybe the championship. I got that wrong.

I thought they'd be struggling but fair play to Arteta! Has given them an identity and trusted the yoof last season. Paying the dividends of that trust now, can they keep it going is the only question. Young team which with a few additions can only get better.

I agree on this, at one time they seemed to be in continuous decline.

Yes, they are contenders.

Not many of their team would get in other teams in the top six, but Arteta has got them playing as an XI and that spirit is tough to break.
