This is in addition to the £39 billion divorce payment as agreed when leaving the EU. Yes, £39 BILLION. To which a dimwitted Brexit MP got up in Parliament and said the EU could go whistle for the money. To which the bloater whole heatedly agreed.
But being the bloater you knew it would be a lie (as did he) and the UK has duly begun the process of paying that money. Payments will continue until 2057.
What was that Mr brexiter ? You object to paying the EU money and getting nothing. Well, you might not have thought the UK got much when it was in the EU, but it's getting nothing now for those payments
Now as to this other payment, it is for

Meanwhile gutbucket is embroiled in allegations that he took a backhander from a 'friend' of the new BBC Chairman .... who he appointed. All rather similar to the money that a 'friend' of Putin paid him for, err..... a game of Tennis. Yep, £160,000 for a game of tennis. Just ss another paid his wallpaper bill. All in the name of goodwill. Nothing expected in return. As to think such an upright citizen like Johnson would be involved in anything like that.
Another Tory has been accused of corruption over PPE Greg Hands. Not so much Hands as greasy palms some might suggest.
