i didn't receive mine in the post, called them up again today at 12:40 and said they couldn't get the ticket at the collection point in Barnsley for me to collect.

I thought that was terrible, i couldn't make it due to work bits in the end but i was going to sell it or give it away worst case as my brother is going up there.
