This is a shocking case, and the video is well worth watching. Indeed, he spent 10 additional years in prison because he would not admit to to a crime he did not commit.

It does make one wonder how many other innocent people are languishing in prison, and it's interesting to note his T-shirt says "Innocent - and not the only one".

I think admission of guilt as a condition of parole is a very stupid thing indeed, anyone who is wrongly accused has no chance at this point. Besides, it's a stupid questions with no value in the answer - if someone has to admit guilt to strengthen their claim to get out early, you're absolutely no way closer to being able to predict someone's chances of reoffending.
