...printing the forms for theReturning Officer.

When voting by post you are required to complete a 'Postal Voting Statement'. Just basic stuff. They have the little boxes where you put your date of birth and for 'year' they've helpfully filled in the first two digits... '19--'.

Maybe they are not expeciting people aged under 24 to vote...
