Some nice positives from that 13:24 - Aug 10 with 950 viewsFrimleyBlue

Delap looking fitter and much more of a town player with km football in mind, pressing well, some nice attempts at getting at them, promising.

I liked our high pressing game, hutchinson is key for this along with harness. Love to way we run back ala leeds when we have lost the ball at times.

It's a mix of ipswich league 1 and ipswich championship which = prem football. So it's interesting to see us playing the way we've got to play in the prem whilst working against the press ourselves and getting through that.

Midfield clearly is the biggest area we need that Morsy partner we really do. Luongo. Lovely player but for me he's not quick enough on and off the ball. Need an agile partner for Morsy as a priority.

Facinating half that one. I lquite ike the formation and it was intereting to see the tactical battle with both teams looking to high press at times and sitting back at others. Nice are certainly fast and technical so this is a good test for us defensively against a team similar to what we will be up against in the PL. There hasn't been a huge amount of goal mouth action but Idespite that have enjoyed it.

I have been impressed with Delap and johnson in Particular, and the back three have looked pretty solid.

Agree totally with your last paragraph.
