I have a super blues membership but yet to receive any card or information
Just wondering how I enter the ballot for games as struggling to get a ticket

You should have had a confirmation e-mail with your supporter ID on. Use that to log on or register online and should all be there. Otherwise try contacting the ticket office to see if they can help you.
