That is a common theme on many teams forums after they have played us. No surprise to anybody on TWTD of course. Before the match it's more that they think we are just "cannon fodder". Well done Kieran and the lads.

If you watch Alex Griffen on Youtube he takes the time to interview away fans at the games. You can tell that some of them pay attention across the leagues like the Championship as they are aware of our rise and style and manager. Then there are quite a few that think they'll have too much for us and don't know a single player of ours.

While I was watching that I celebrated Jack Taylor's pass like it were a goal. For me that was what made that chance. Hutchinson played a great ball and obviously Delap deserves most of the credit because he had a lot to do.

It is very comforting to feel like you know where you stand in the pecking order and it is painful when it changes, as we have experienced. I get that fans may underestimate us, but surely experts should expect the man who earnt a double promotion to build a team that can pick up points. If you only follow the top of the Premier League closely, you can't really call yourself an expert.
Very positive Torygraph review of match.. on 08:02 - Oct 1 with 796 views | Europablue | "On the face of it, four successive draws would suggest that Ipswich are battling their way towards Premier League survival one point at a time. Judging by this barnstormer of a match, nothing could be further from the truth." This guy gets it. Obviously we could suffer a dip in form and lose players to injury and suspension, but just looking at the teams that we have got results against and the manner of those draws, you can only come to the conclusion that we are not aiming to avoid relegation, but looking to secure our Premier League status. It wouldn't surprise me if we end the season fairly safe and don't flirt with relegation again. The next 8-10 matches will define our season.
