I actualy thought we did alright for the first twenty, looked quite thmake soemreatening, but they conjured up a couple of goals ut of nothing. That's the quality they have, they don't need time or space to something. The third one was a bit of a killer, bad timing as well right before half time. Number 4 hurt too, having just had a wonderful move to get up their end and threaten them, then Doku just skips hisway through our defence and pops it in. Pretty much showed the difference between the two teams, they were abssolutely clinical we weren't. As for number 5, dear oh dear, poor old Jack Clarke, you could see he felt dreadful for that, it was a terrible pass and and an absolute gift for Haarland. Number 6 felt soft as well, admittedly a nice chip into the box and a lovelly glancing header from McAtee but it felt like Walton should have claimed that. Shame we could nt get a consolation. Fair play to Man City for not play acting like so many teams we've seen at FPR, but then they didnt need to they were just a level above. City fans were good too. noisy right from the start. | |
