The subs made a difference in the second half.
I know it was Liverpool and they can make any team look silly, and Citeh likewise, but overall it just looks like several of the players could do with a bit of a rest. They’ve put a huge amount into this season so far, but Hutch, Morsy, Leif and Liams lad seem to have lost a little bit of belief and confidence. Not sure we can really rest any of them, but the signings and return of Hirst haven’t come a moment too soon.
I hope I’m wrong and Soton sees all our lads back to how they were a few weeks ago, but we really need a decent performance and especially a win against them.

Saints is going to be very difficult, there still pants at the back but looks half decent midfield and are having more shots( have a bad feeling for this one),
