Based on previous years was expecting a renewal notice between 21-28 days before renewal... Nothing!
Looked at the usual comparison websites, all over £800, Swinton were £1,200.
Curious as to what my insurer would say I logged into my account to find a "Calculate Renewal" button which generated a premium £40 less than last year. Then I edited my annual mileage down by 2,000 as I'm lucky enough to be on demonstrator lists with manufacturers, and my MOT to MOT mileage was 3,000 less than my last declaration. Boom! Premium dropped another £30. This is the first time I've renewed with an insurer in over 10 years.
