Evening all

Many of you will know over the last year or so I've been onna for bit of a health fix.

I'm upto 2 PT sessions and 1 solo gym session now which is amazing.

Question is. I've got the opportunity to have some sports massages..

Just wondered if it's worth doing or only really something to do if I feel pain?

a niche perspective

Worth doing. Look after your muscles, especially if you've upped the amount of exercise you are doing.

I do a fairly physical job involving quite a lot of flexibility. Go to the chiropractor or sports massage (alternating) every three months to keep everything moving and in order. Or to repair when I've damaged myself.

Also good for tension in the neck and shoulder muscles. A lot of stress ends up there and can cause headaches.

Not cheap, but well worth it.

Good Lord! Whatever is it?
