Chelsea - Lower tier to upper tier swap 10:24 - Apr 9 with 512 viewsmattwin

Bizarre request but has anyone got a single Chelsea ticket next week in the upper section they would swap for a ticket in the lower section. I’ve got family in the upper section I was hoping to be nearer too if possible…….Thanks in advance…………Admin I hope this is ok !!??? I’m not selling a ticket I’m actually asking if someone would swap!
