Booked Morocco for 10 days.
Driving to some far out place on a dune beach for three nights and then on to Essaouira for four nights. That's all done and dusted but any advice welcome.
The bit I'm struggling with is Marrakech. We want to stay in a Riad, although I understand they don't have lifts, pain in the arse but fair enough....
....hooever, they don't seem to have balconys in the rooms either????? as they are basically converted houses.
Anyone stayed in one of these Riad things before? |  |

I have, it was twenty years ago though. The rooms were on four sides of a square facing inwards onto a courtyard. So no private balcony or outside facing windows, presumably to keep the rooms cool (I went in August so that was good). There was a roof terrace if you did want the sun. |  | | |
