yesterday i purchased a match pass for southampton game with my german credit card, they charged my card lovely then two minutes later they charged me again and it showed i had not purchased a pass, ok so i sent them an e mail, no reply, so next step tried to phone them, they dont appear on the options even reception stated they could not answer eventually got hold of helpful lady in ticket office explained to her she then contacted them on her phone and they confirmed they had my e mail,, great i thought roll on 24 hours no answer to my e mail credit card charged twice and no match pass. Does anyone have a direct telephone number, are they in house or is it outsourced, many thanks if anyone can help. |  |
