Was it the crowd nurturing the team that allowed that fantastic team spirit to develop three years ago when we were the 'big dog' but without much bite in League One? The support was often very strong and obvious and almost unconditional, and this incredible team spirit and camaraderie developed amongst a newly pulled together squad, which carried that team through two promotions and completely re-invigorated the club resulting in the extraordinary change of the hugely beneficial off-field developments which we're seeing now. We're now the 'big dog' with much less bite than we hoped to have at this stage in the Championship. Are we doing enough unconditional nurturing this time around, and/or have we got a bit too much of a strop on about not being absolutely on it already? Bear in mind, things can almost always be better AND we're only three points off an automatic promotion place if we win our game in hand this week. Are we doing enough unconditional nurturing on the terraces? | |
