Norwich ticket collection 20:13 - Mar 29 with 269 viewsrgp1

Nothing being said in the club information, but with the ticket collection being between 10 and 11.30 does this mean being carolled straight into the ground against your will? And in addition they have said no collections after 11.30. In which case what happens if there is a train or road hold up?
