Anyone had any joy in correcting hyperlordosis on themselves? My quads and lower back muscles are too tight, and while I've strengthened up my abs quite a lot and my hammies are like iron bars, I'm still 'bent out of shape' as they say. I'm going on a back and quad stretching routine, but wondering if anyone's got any tips like non-exercising posture maintenance, habits, straps, mattress etc.? |  |
