I think you're going to be disappointed then. The new format means there's a lot more teams in the competition of poor quality. Meaning, there's much more likelihood of poor games.

The first week or so of every world cup is always about the officials for the last several world cups. Thats been the cash since FiFA decided to use World Cups, in fact generally started their annual football rule innovation process, constantly tweaking and f££king around with the rules. Then you find officials from around the world have no clue how to officiate big games. |  |
