Coach/ Manager Interview Transparency - US vs UK sport
23:50 - Jun 13 with 329 views

I've always found it interesting how much more open US sports are when it comes to interviews and recruitment processes.
In the NFL, NBA and MLB it's completely normal to hear that a team has interviewed Candidate A, Candidate B and Candidate C for a coaching role.
I'm well aware it is very impatient but how interesting would it be to know who was actually in the frame for the Town job?
And would we lose much of a competitive advantage if it was known?
