We are in a mess! He is a very capable manager. We need to get behind him. There isnt a person on this board who wouldnt support this appointment if he turns us around and builds something ao lets not wait lets get behind him now and see what he can do with some support.

The job he has is ridiculously tough as he can only bring freebie and not match fit players in until Jan. We cant get on his back straight away if we dont win the quick!
