I can't even get to games so understand if no one cares about my feelings on this.
But I thoroughly agree.
For me you field your best side all the time - par exhaustion; I wouldn't advocate injuring your players - but I mean when the option is available.
It's up to the rest of the squad to make themselves available when required to fill the gaps.
