What I like about watching these old games , is the quality the players display , flowing football and none of this feigning injury , trying to get people sent off . Also the even playing field between side . Coventry vs Spurs being a good example in today’s game. You just don’t see this in the gone now. In fact Clubs like Coventry , would never make an FA Cup final in todays game where results / success a largely bank rolled by mega rich owners. I actually feel sorry for football fans of the modern game, because it’s not a patch on those games in the 70’s and 80’s . You young fans have missed done classics tbh! |  |
