First world problem, I know, so apologies.
I drive a lot for my job, and was heading over to King’s Lynn from Norwich this morning.
Usually taking the A47/A17 route is my gateway to the majority of the away games I attend, and it struck me that I’ve no idea when I’ll next be making that particular drive for that reason. Until today I didn’t quite realise how much I enjoyed the ability on a Friday night/Saturday morning to just decide on a whim to head over to Rotherham/Bolton/Lincoln simply for the hell of it.
All I can hope is that, when the restrictions finally get lifted and stadiums are back to 100% capacity, there’ll be a big drive by the club to get a capacity crowd for the first non-COVID match, regardless of whether its against Sunderland or Shrewsbury. |  |
