Big commercial decisions in next few months.... 12:58 - Mar 1 with 841 views | Matt_Netherlands | Season ticket pricing / incentives? Club sponsor? (MV runs out in summer) Adidas deal to be renewed? (May have already been extended) Plan for return of fans and match day experience Anything else? Other than appointing a competent manager, there’s a few pretty meaty things the new owners will need to rubber stamp in the next couple of months. I’m only hoping they have time to influence all of these things and they aren’t another ME masterclass.....

Big commercial decisions in next few months.... on 13:43 - Mar 1 with 613 views | snudge27 | I did wonder about the kit deal. Obviously there'll be some streamlining from the (potential) new owners. If their intent is to turn a profit, no doubt they'll be questioning every pound spend, and identifying whether it benefits the club or not. Would it be economical to carry on a kit deal with a major brand, or would it work out more economical to bring it all in-house in much the same way as Bristol City did, and has been done by a lot of other clubs? I dare say with a market such as that of ITFC, purchase decisions aren't influenced as much by the brand as if we were a major internationally-renowned side, so would reverting to something like Punch be a good move financially? Lower overheads, and full freedom over kit design.

Some of their kits recently have been fantastic and not just for the big clubs. Hummel have produced some nice ones too such as the Coventry ones this season. Or we go full vintage Real Madrid and sign up with Kelme like Watford :-)

Hummel I could get behind, or Umbro as well. Puma would be a big no from me. Unless you're one of their VERY big contracts, you get their single template each season.

Umbro are doing some decent kits at the moment too, although I'm not sure why they went for the England rugby union team.

I don’t think Puma have done too badly with Barnsley’s kits over the last couple of years.

Absolutely. Umbro are definitely one I’d be happy with. Possibly Kappa too, although squeezing into one of their tight-fit combat shirts won’t do me any favours. I’ve got a lovely Napoli number but it is not a flattering look. One for the collection :-)
